These incredible chessmen are made of solid maple & rosewood, triple weighted & felted with hand carved knights. This is a complete set of pieces with two extra queens. Imported from India.

Boards with a square size of 2 1/4" to 2 1/2" are recommended for these pieces.

Broken Rook!!

Due to receiving this set with a broken rook, I have put it away until I receive a replacement for the white rook. It appears the turret was made with a thin base where it meets the body, leading to about an eighth of it breaking off during shipment. The set as a whole I feel is overpriced! I collect Staunton's so the comparison carries some weight.
