I would say give it 3 stars

The book is very helpful but chess board doesn’t
Speak by voice so it’s a disappointment to me
I can use it but it makes more difficulty to learn how to play the game of chess for me being a beginner.

This book gives a lot of good advice about teaching young chess players. There are a lot of specific stories and problems, and it talks extensively about tying chess in to more standard classroom subjects, most notably math.
