This board is perfect for someone who has been looking at top-level tournaments and just goes, "I want that board!"
I plan on using it at the school chess club I am president of, and I am confident that everyone will love it. The combination of playing on a sleek, wooden board such as this and using a nice chess clock is like reaching nirvana. If you are in the states and must abide by the bring your own board policy at open tournaments, there is no better buy.
The board is nice but was a bit damaged upon arrival, and my email about it hasn't been answered by chess house.
Very well made, packaged nicely, arrived in a timely manner!
