Board is great is solid. The chess men have great detail. It makes it alot easier to put the pieces under the board to instead of trying to pack them all back up in the box.

Great chess set. Only negative is that the pawn pieces do not fit in the space provided in the wooden grid inside the storage box for the board pieces. A better design would of been to use the foam used in the chess pieces box for shipment. I ended up trimming the foam to fit in the wooden storage box.
