I bought this for my husband's birthday to replace his other glass chess set and it came with multiple chipped pieces. The felt stickers won't adhere to pieces that are chipped. It was really disappointing.
Recently ordered this product. When I first got the set, there were a handful of pieces that were improperly made, so I contacted customer support and they had new pieces to me in just 2 days.
As far as overall quality goes, it's a decent set. It's affordable glass chess, so it's molded and nothings perfect. However, if you want a nice-looking set, it's hard to see the imperfections from even a small distance, and it looks great as a decorative piece, especially at this price point (it also works as a chess board, fun fact). I've seen hand blown glass sets go for $6500, although that's definitely towards the extreme.
TL;DR if you want a 50/50 decorative/functional set on a budget, it's not a bad buy, and if it's got problems the customer service is excellent.
