I was so very excited when my new Phoenix arrived. I was sure it was going to resurrect my white king, but alas even the Phoenix did not recognize him. I thought to try a new cable surely included, but no Millenium does not do so. I called Paul at Chess House. He sent a new king and a new cable. In the end it turned out to be the king, but I purchased the cable anyway. Having a spare is sensible. Thanks Paul!

This was the cable I needed to hook up my Millennium King Performance to my ChessLink. For some reason it was missing from mine but as usual Chess House was quick to send me a replacements. I couldn’t be happier.
