Fantastic Set! But a nightmare distinguishing which side is which

The value of this set for the money is fantastic! The pieces would work on any board size from 2", 2.25, or 2.5" - but would be a bit overcrowded and barely functional on the 2" square size board. The problem is I am color blind and cannot tell the difference between which side is which. Solution? Get another set of the same style and size in traditional Black and White gloss or the "Woodtech" version and then swap sided to create a light colored plus metalic set and a dark colored plus metallic set. These pieces look awesome and perhaps with sufficient overhead lighting and the right filter - I might be able to tell which side is which - so I will try that before getting an additional set.
