Nice pieces but drama in delivery

These are very nice chess pieces - However my order was booked and paid and the board came and I had to wrestle with chess house via email and phone messages to get a straight answer on deliver in time for holiday gift ... very frustrating - in the end one person really helped me and they arrived Christmas Eve. By then I had ordered and received cheaper backup pieces because I never knew if these would be on-time.
