Helpful Tips for International Orders

  • Provide your best contact phone number to minimize import delays.
  • Be familiar with import requirements to your country.
  • Re-check all information, especially the delivery address.

 

Do you ship to my country?

At checkout, if your country is displayed in the list of shipping address destinations, then we can deliver to you.

Shipping to Canada - During checkout, look for options to pay for T&D and Shipping combined. This reduces a step in your import procedure.

Shipping to the UK & EU - we have partnered with Passport Shipping. They will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for most orders under £135 and to the EU for most orders €150 and below.

What shipping options are available?

  • FedEx International Economy (5-7 days to most countries)
  • FedEx International Priority (3-5 days to most countries)
  • USPS Global Post (3-14 business days depending on destination)
  • Passport Shipping

 

Tax and Duty

Estimated tax and duty is shown with shipping options at checkout. In most cases, you can choose to pay at time of shipping or at upon delivery.

 

Mailing and Tracking

After careful packing and mailing of your order, you'll receive tracking by email. Your order is also automatically insured against damage or loss.

Special fraud protection measures are in place to not only ensure security of orders placed but to protect against potential fraud. If helpful to protect a payment account, we may reach out to you for extra information to ensure you are the authorized payor.
 

When will my order ship?

Paid orders for in-stock products usually ship the same or next day, excluding weekends. If your order cannot ship right away, we'll let you know by email the reason and what to expect. Here are some reasons for delays:

  • Temporarily unavailable item
  • Partially available, waiting for restock so entire order can ship together
  • Items to be consolidated from multiple warehouses into single shipment before export
  • Fraud alert requiring extra checks
  • Clarifications that help avoid reshipment

 

Guarantee and Returns

All purchases are backed by our 90 day guarantee. If you decide to return a product for any reason, let us know within 90 days of your purchase date.

Unless defects or damages are clearly the fault of Chess House or the shipping carrier, return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer and refunds are provided after receiving at Chess House.
