Orders for IN STOCK items are shipped the same day if placed by 5PM EST, except for weekends, national holidays and other exceptions. When your order is processed and fulfilled, the tracking number is immediately emailed to you.

Products that are have a status of AVAILABLE may require an extra 1 to 2 days for the 3rd party warehouse to process and provide the tracking number.

If a product is BACKORDERED or available for PREORDER there may be an approximate date available shown on the product page. Otherwise, you will be provided with an approximate expected date soon after your order is reviewed. If your order includes both In Stock and Back Ordered products, you can request the available items to ship right away, and the rest of the order will ship when it is available; otherwise, we will ship the order when complete.

Yes, we automatically include insurance on all orders. In the unfortunate event of a damaged or lost package, we are able to help resolve it with minimal hassle.

In most cases we will not specifically require a signature, unless high value, more than $1500. The carrier such as FedEx may sometimes impose a signature required if the delivery area warrants it.
