got this as a gift for dear friends and they said it was beautiful
These look beautiful and my guests loved them at a recent party. They also include a set of pieces for playing checkers.
The only opportunity for improvement is that the pieces have a very thin coat of black dust on them, which is more apparent on the white pieces, obviously. The kind of black dust that is found in a manufacturing plant or warehouse. I will spend some time cleaning them so they look their best.
The set is exactly (better than!) as seen in the pictures, beautifully made- very happy with purchase and looking forward to enjoying this set in the family for generations to come. Thank you!
