I love this GALANT Chess set. The board and pieces are beautiful and large, the way I like it. My son is seeing impaired and I think this set will work just fine for him. I had an issue with one of the pieces and you all were very quick to take care and send me a new piece.
Packaged well for delivery. A large chess set with self storage. For this price I was disappointed that the over sized pieces are not weighted nor have a finish for a better hand feel. Hoping my son won't be too disappointed this Christmas. I'd be hesitant to recommend.
I love this chess set. I love that the pieces are stored safely inside the board. The board is a good size; maybe a bit big for some people, but I think it's just about right. The pieces are nice and feel good and solid in your hands. We are pleased with the purchase!

Nice board. Wish pieces were a little heavier, and that the bishop and queen were not so similar. Aside from that nitpick, I highly recommend this board.
