Piece does not sit flush. It wobbles! And no response after I sent a video to the company…
I lost one piece for a rather expensive chess set and could not find the individual pawn anywhere. I found it on Chess House, but it was out of stock, so I requested an email notification and wasn't really hopeful. A couple months later, I got an email that it was back in stock and I ordered it immediately. It shipped quickly and fit in perfectly with my set. It's a bit heavier than the other pieces, but that's fine and I knew that would be the case. It looks perfect and I'm so happy to have my set complete again!
The Rook I bought looks great with my set , not a perfect match . But I knew that when I ordered it . My set is a Napoleon . But the new medieval rook looks great.
